Today, like all days in Mexico, I am writing this wearing shorts and tank top. The fact that it is February 1st and back home I would be wearing approx. 5 layers just to keep warm is one of the true joys of living much, much closer to the equator. But just because I am able to gloat to all of my Canadian friends doesn't mean I have no heart at all. I developed the 'Enero Scarf' (literally 'January Scarf') to be SUPER warm and exceptionally monochromatic (winter fashion seems to always boil down to black and grey).
