Did you see the leather in the top photo!!!??? I am dying of leather induced happiness. On a long and grueling search for the perfect distressed tan leather (see bottom photo) I ran into this seemingly bleach dyed, soft blue/grey suede. The woman at the leather shop said that it was 'damaged goods' and she was about to cut it up for the scrap pile!! I quickly snapped it up and am now sitting in my studio gloating over both hides.
The woman at the shop said to me, 'You must have some eye because I can't for the life of me see what's great about that piece of suede.'
