When bad things happen to good scarves. During the dying of some Tranquilo Scarves the other day I had the bright idea to combine a deep rose dye with yellow (pictured above). The result, which looks almost beautiful in the picture, was reminiscent of a hotdog laced with ketchup and mustard and needed to be remedied immediately. With bleach coming to my rescue yet again I was able to soften the colour and then re-dye with another shade of pink resulting in the soft rose scarf currently for sale in the Scout & Catalogue Etsy store....
